How this score was computed
The VGC Score is a weighted blend on a press-comparable 0-100 quality scale. Steam approval rates are first calibrated (95% positive on Steam ≈ 89.5 quality, since Steam approval skews high). Press and tracked creator reviews each count ~2x a player review and share one cap against player evidence (creator buy/skip calls pool into an approval rate, calibrated like Steam approval); all-time sentiment is capped and halved (it's context, not verdict); reviews of the current build carry the most weight when a fresh patch anchors the window; and a 'typical game' prior keeps small samples from pegging the scale. Because press reviews and Metacritic user aggregates describe the launch build, their weight decays as the game ages (3-year half-life after a 1-year grace). That's how a game that launched rough can outgrow its old reception once updates win players over. Reviews under 2h playtime (the refund window), non-Steam activations, and free copies are downweighted.
| Component | Positive | Quality (0-100) | Weight (pseudo-reviews) |

| All-time Steam reviews | 88% | 82 | 1000 |
| Metacritic user ratings | – | – | 0 |
| Post-patch Steam reviews (trust-weighted) | 95% | 90 | 29 |

“LEGO Voyagers is proof that you don’t need dialogue, combat, or collectibles to move people, just a friend, a few bricks, and the courage to build something together., ColdMoon”

“LEGO Voyagers is an enjoyable and relaxing adventure where the journey is the destination. Undemanding and young players will enjoy it immensely. But experienced players who want a challenge and lots of action won't find much to offer in this title.”

“While I adored Lego Voyagers' visual style and emotive design of the main bricks, I often found the actual puzzles underwhelming, and the game ended just as they started to get interesting. If you ever find this on sale and want to just enjoy an evening with someone, this is a clever little co-op adventure with surprisingly touching themes. But when it comes to the difficulty of the main puzzles and the amount of content on offer, Lego Voyagers feels a few bricks short of a full set.”

“While still a compelling and fun co-op adventure, not all of its elements snap into place as well as they could”

“If you enjoy cooperative experiences that blend creativity, physics, and a touch of visual storytelling, LEGO Voyagers is for you. It's unlikely the game will last anywhere near 10 hours, but is certainly packed with excellent cooperative challenges, visual and audio charm, and good gameplay. If the launch price seems steep, be sure to list the game and keep an eye out for sales.”

“LEGO Voyagers is a joyous, endlessly charming, and approachable co-op adventure that’s hard to put down and guaranteed to make you smile at least once. It looks and sounds gorgeous thanks to its believable world, snappy animations, and excellent sound design, and by the end, you’ll remember these bricks for everything they achieved in a short yet memorable journey.”

“If you're interested in a laidback co-op experience with a friend, LEGO Voyagers fits that remit. It isn't doing anything truly groundbreaking, and there are some finicky controls that may get in the way, but overall it'll win you over with its clever design and a surprisingly emotional narrative.”

“Voyager exudes warmth, joy and freshness. The detail and colour of the world are particularly impressive: even the friends' home island is decorated with many different space-themed gadgets and inventions, which tell the story of the main characters' love for the universe. In addition to beautiful landscapes, the game offers a down-to-earth story of friendship and shared experiences.”

“In the end, LEGO Voyagers is an awesome co-op experience that lasts for just the right amount of time. In four hours of playtime, you'll get a delightful little puzzle platformer with good, simple puzzles and lots of heart, even if there isn't dialogue to drive things along. The presentation is fantastic, and even though the game has a few minor issues, players should give this game a shot if they're a genre fan looking for a new co-op game to play.”

“LEGO Voyagers is a simple adventure co-op game that features a straightforward story that will tug at your emotions. It doesn’t hold your hand, and you and your friend are required to work together to complete this simple game. It executes the “show-don’t-tell” very well. While it does lack the opportunity for expansive exploration, it’s the type of game that makes you want to relax and see how far creativity and teamwork will take you.”
