How this score was computed
The VGC Score is a weighted blend on a press-comparable 0-100 quality scale. Steam approval rates are first calibrated (95% positive on Steam ≈ 89.5 quality, since Steam approval skews high). Press and tracked creator reviews each count ~2x a player review and share one cap against player evidence (creator buy/skip calls pool into an approval rate, calibrated like Steam approval); all-time sentiment is capped and halved (it's context, not verdict); reviews of the current build carry the most weight when a fresh patch anchors the window; and a 'typical game' prior keeps small samples from pegging the scale. Because press reviews and Metacritic user aggregates describe the launch build, their weight decays as the game ages (3-year half-life after a 1-year grace). That's how a game that launched rough can outgrow its old reception once updates win players over. Reviews under 2h playtime (the refund window), non-Steam activations, and free copies are downweighted.

“The Coma 2: Twisted Sisters does so much right that it is scary in its own right. As with the game that preceded it, this sequel elevates all of the individual elements that made the prequel feel special. With strong design, systems and an intriguing story, this title will be hard to put down. Heartily recommended for the strong of heart and those who want a very unique and tailored horror game. With stakes this high, it is a truly heart stopping experience: dead good.”

“The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters is a wonderful survival horror game full of spooky demonic things, Lovecraftian-esque tentacle spooks, Korean legend stuff, and lovely artwork and sound. I haven’t played The Coma: Recut (the first game) but I read some brief reviews, and it seems like controls were the main sticky issue with that one. I honestly felt like the controls in Vicious Sisters were really good, nicely responsive and smooth. I noticed a character on the first game’s cover art that also appears in 2, so I’m sure if you’ve played the first game there will be lots of fun character and story things carrying over into the second game. Even without playing the first game, I would definitely recommend the second. It makes me want to play more mind games with myself and get back into the genre.”
