How this score was computed
The VGC Score is a weighted blend on a press-comparable 0-100 quality scale. Steam approval rates are first calibrated (95% positive on Steam ≈ 89.5 quality, since Steam approval skews high). Press and tracked creator reviews each count ~2x a player review and share one cap against player evidence (creator buy/skip calls pool into an approval rate, calibrated like Steam approval); all-time sentiment is capped and halved (it's context, not verdict); reviews of the current build carry the most weight when a fresh patch anchors the window; and a 'typical game' prior keeps small samples from pegging the scale. Because press reviews and Metacritic user aggregates describe the launch build, their weight decays as the game ages (3-year half-life after a 1-year grace). That's how a game that launched rough can outgrow its old reception once updates win players over. Reviews under 2h playtime (the refund window), non-Steam activations, and free copies are downweighted.
| Component | Positive | Quality (0-100) | Weight (pseudo-reviews) |

| Metacritic user ratings | – | – | 0 |
| Post-patch Steam reviews (trust-weighted) | 97% | 93 | 264 |

“Adorable Adventures is a beautiful 3D adventure game in which you join Boris the piglet as he searches for his family in a new environment. The game emphasizes the intertwining of the animal world with humans, the setting of nature reserves and national parks, as well as a charming, almost childlike story narrated by one of the park rangers. The game is solid in terms of both graphics and sound, and any technical issues are negligible. In my opinion, the entire game is suitable for players of all ages, and the Czech localization is a definite plus.”

“Adorable Adventures is a charming and deeply relaxing cozy adventure, carried by Boristhe boar, his adorable animations, beautiful forest environments, and a clever scent-based navigation system that naturally replaces traditional UI. Its short length and very low difficulty may leave more demanding players wanting more, but as a peaceful, non-violent escape, it works wonderfully.”

“Adorable Adventures is exactly what it says on the cover, a warm, charming, and surprisingly varied game that asks nothing more of you than to follow your nose and enjoy the ride.”

“ Adorable Adventures is a fine, cosy, laid-back experience. There's a good amount to do, from hunting scents to taking photos, and it entertains through the few hours that it lasts. It never really changes gear, though. Still, if you want a short and cosy experience, Adorable Adventures is worth considering. ”

“Adorable Adventures is a quiet cozy exploration game in which you, as a piggy, explore a colorful world in search of your family. The emphasis is on relaxed walking around, exploring and following scent trails in a friendly, atmospheric environment. The game mainly excels in atmosphere and charm, with a soft visual style and simple gameplay that puts little pressure on the player. At the same time, exploring can sometimes become unclear due to vague directions and limited explanations, causing you to occasionally get stuck.”

“Adorable Adventures is a cute adventure revolving around a wild boar in a national park. The tracking of scent trails is not overused within the game framework. Additionally, the game offers some side content. Only Boris's slippery hooves dim the gameplay fun a little bit.”

“Adorable Adventures offers moments of relaxation and the experience is very pleasant to live. We quickly get attached to Boris and his family, animals oh so cute. Of course, if you are looking for an action-packed game and are not a fan of calm experiences that push curiosity about the world around us, finally that of the marcassins: go your way! Otherwise, do not deprive yourself or your children of those moments of tranquility where we sniff all the flora, where we interact with the living beings around, and where we complete the few challenges that await us, while being tendered by so much cuteness.”

“The worst thing about Adorable Adventures is its title: yes, it does indeed offer an adorable adventure, but it's far more than that. This heart-warming journey sees a young boar reunite with his mother and siblings after a forest fire, and thanks to meaningful gameplay and gorgeous visuals, it's an utter joy to play.”

“Adorable Adventures may not be an enormously deep game, but it has become an incredibly charming little adventure that will keep you busy for around four hours. After my time with the game, I think the low purchase price of twenty euros is perhaps a little on the high side, but there is clearly a great deal of love poured into its atmosphere and the way its story is told. And Boris has become one of the most endearing heroes in recent years. So cute that I won't be needing crispy bacon on my burgers for a while. And that really says something.”
