“Aggelos 2 is an ambitious sequel that follows a visual style inspired by 16-bit pixel art, and which delivers a solid Metroidvania experience thanks to a balanced difficulty and a well crafted gradual introduction of the game's mechanics, showing that the genre's mantra is followed seriously. The light-darkness duality is very interesting, and the exploration keeps players engaged and eager for more elements to discover. Its plot is not as prominent as one would like, but the overall slick gameplay, visual design and performance, and quality of the exploration make Aggelos 2 a very interesting work.”

“Star Fox delivers a very competent and welcoming remake of the Nintendo 64 classic that successfully replicates the gameplay mechanics of the original classic with a brand new audiovisual component. The entire level structure, enemy placement and behaviour, and game progression will be immediately recognisable to fans of the original and feel captivating to new players, while many new elements under the form of Challenges and additional multiplayer features add a new layer to the game's appeal. While the game's campaign mode would justify a lower selling price, it's easy to see this Star Fox becoming a Nintendo Switch 2 classic.”

“Pokémon Legends Z-A brings some very welcome news, such as a dynamic combat system, a very good integration of the Mega Evolution mechanics, and an incredible variety of content to find in a relatively small landscape. The cast of characters is fantastic, one of the very best ever in a Pokémon game, and the soundtrack is a gift to our ears. The game's performance on the Switch 2 is up to a very high standard, too. The exploration can feel repetitive on the medium term, though, and the game's graphics are in need of an update, while the day cycle transition animation can cause problems, but Legends Z-A most certainly lives up to its high expectations. ”
