How this trust score was computed

Trust blends alignment (40%): does the outlet rank games the way players do; decoded accuracy (30%): after translating the outlet's own scale habits (a '7/10 means mediocre' scale is decoded, not punished), how well its reviews predict player sentiment; and player-side (30%): on games where press consensus and players sharply disagreed, whose side it took. Recent reviews weigh more (2-year half-life), and the blend is shrunk toward a neutral prior (60) so small samples can't peg the scale. Player quality is launch-window Steam sentiment, so outlets aren't punished for reviewing a launch build that later got patched.

Assassin's Creed Black Flag ResyncedJul 8, 2026 · Marco Cocomello

Some aspects of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced can often feel dated and dumbed down in comparison to the most recent modern entries but this is a fantastic remake of the already-phenomenal game. The new additions here make this an exciting adventure to experience all over again while the simpler mechanics provide enough room to take in the gorgeous world around you.

Pragmata is an enjoyable and exhilarating blockbuster action that delivers frantic combat encounters and an engaging story. It is exactly the “new” we have been asking for from Capcom.

Resident Evil RequiemFeb 25, 2026 · Marco Cocomello

Resident Evil Requiem delivers a familiar yet enjoyable horror action experience that isn’t without its flaws. Pacing issues can make Grace’s portions feel drawn-out and generally, she’s not a very likeable character. However, there’s enough spine-chilling atmosphere here to make up for its shortfalls.

    High On Life 2Feb 12, 2026 · Marco Cocomello

High on Life 2 is bolder and more hilarious. Parkour is enjoyable, gunplay feels faster and more refined. This is a good game. If only it was a bit more polished.

South of MidnightApr 3, 2025 · Marco Cocomello

South of Midnight, to its strengths, plays out like an old-school 3D adventure game. Its focus on the American Deep South is remarkable, making this trip through the swamp an enjoyable one, even if it isn’t layered in mechanics and features.

Monster Hunter WildsFeb 24, 2025 · Marco Cocomello

Monster Hunter Wilds is a tough recommendation in this state. It needs more content, more work and polish. It stands in the shadow of the brilliant Monster Hunter World as a lifeless, uglier sequel that almost feels rushed and incomplete. While the general gameplay feels excellent, the game is often bogged down its uninspired regions and weak monster roster. Yes, there's a dedicated campaign this time around but it is forgettable.

    AvowedFeb 13, 2025 · Marco Cocomello

Avowed is Obsidian at its finest. It is the fantasy RPG that I hoped it would be without consuming my entire life to experience it. We’ll be talking about this game for a long time and replaying it whenever the itch returns. Sure, it isn’t the most ambitious and grand RPG ever made, but it shines in everything it does.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance IIFeb 3, 2025 · Marco Cocomello

Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is the most frustratingly enjoyable game I have played in a while. It is exhausting while at the same time unconventionally brilliant. It requires a heavy constitution to sit through, but the payoffs result in a playground of infinite possibilities.

Alien: Rogue Incursion makes for an excellent VR horror game that successfully delivers the series’ best scares through a whole new perspective. It works and it is incredibly fun to play. From the game’s chilling atmosphere to the intense gunplay, this is Alien like you have never experienced it before. Survios has done an excellent job.

    LEGO® Horizon Adventures™Nov 13, 2024 · Marco Cocomello

LEGO Horizon Adventures is a charming yet simple family game. It is without a doubt the best-looking LEGO game ever made and the world alone is worth the trip. It comes with all the silliness you can expect and a surprisingly fun combat system. Sure, it lacks depth across everything it does but casual players and the younger audience will find this accessible and enjoyable.

Marvel vs. Capcom Fighting Collection Arcade Classics is a blast of nostalgia wrapped in a premium package with thoughtful quality-of-life improvements and consideration for preserving the legacy of some excellent fighters of a bygone era, though slightly dated mechanics might not cater to everyone.

    Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2Sep 4, 2024 · Marco Cocomello

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 offers a thrilling campaign and an engaging post-game grind mode. However, the limited number of Operations missions and the lack of replay value in the campaign may hinder the game’s long-term appeal. Despite these flaws, the game’s authenticity and exhilarating action make it a must-play for fans of the genre. It is 2024’s much-needed blockbuster
